Welcome to the Upcoming Rugby Season!

We’re excited to have you join us for another great year of rugby! Whether you’re returning or new to the sport, here are a few important things to know as you register:

🏉 Two Seasons, One Registration

Your registration covers both Spring 15s and Summer 7s seasons. That’s two opportunities to grow, compete, and enjoy the game!

⏰ Register Early

Early registration helps the club plan effectively for:

  • Preseason training
  • Scheduling events and matches
  • Organizing gear and uniforms

The sooner we know who’s in, the better we can prepare for a successful season.

💸 Financial Assistance Available

We believe cost should never be a barrier to playing rugby.

There are two ways to get help:

We have access to a few generous sponsors who are willing to support players through registration donations. If you need help, just reach out—confidentially and without judgment.

📋 REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Create an Account or Log In

  • New to Rugby Xplorer? Click “Create a Rugby Xplorer account”.
  • Already registered? Log in using your email and password.

Step 2: Start Registration

  • Click the “Register” button.
  • Select “Find a Club” and type in “Culpeper Youth Rugby”.

Step 3: Club Information

  • Confirm the club name: Culpeper Youth Rugby.

Step 4: Registration Details

  • Choose your role: PLAYER
  • Select your type: Age as if Sept 1st 2025.
    • High School (Under 16 / Under 18)
    • Youth (Under 12 / Under 14)
    • Youth Tag (Under 10 / Under 12 / Under 14)
  • Choose duration: SEASON

Step 5: Enter Personal Information

  • Fill in your address, gender, country of origin, ethnicity, and emergency contact details.

Step 6: Review and Agree

  • Review all entered information.
  • Agree to the National Registration Terms and Conditions.

Step 7: Make Payment

  • Click “Pay”.
  • Select your payment option.
  • Click “Make Payment” to complete your registration.
